Return & Exchange Policy

We do not process refunds; we will honor exchanges only. The following describes our policy and procedure:

Items can only be exchanged if they meet one of the following criteria:

- Merchandise that is the wrong size (must be in original condition)
- Damaged and defective goods
- Incorrect items

Please keep in mind that each item is individually made, and therefore may look slightly different than display picture.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will replace the item. Please note that any defective items cannot be replaced after 14 days from your invoice date.

Missing Items
If an item appears to be missing from your package, it is recommended that you please take the following steps before contacting info@ArtyChokers.com:
Check package thoroughly as items can shift under packaging materials during transit
In order for ArtyChokers™ to ship you the missing item, it is necessary that you report this information to customer service via email info@ArtyChokers.com within 5 business days upon arrival of the order.

Once you have contacted our Customer Service , we will respond within 14 days, providing you leave us the necessary contact information.

If the exchange is approved , we will send you a prepaid and preaddressed FedEx Shipping kit for your convenience. Your items will be replaced within 30 days upon confirmation of Exchange between ArtyChokers™ and customer.

If you feel the item you have ordered has not met expectations, please call us at 1-415-999-2333, leave your name, phone number and Order number in which this is regarding, and we will contact you within 7 business days to address this issue.
